Registered Behavior Technicians

Did you know that all of Including Kids’ direct care therapists have become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)?  An RBT is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA (Certified Behavior Analysts).  To become RBT certified, our direct care therapists undergo 40 hours of specified training, demonstrate the necessary skills, meet criteria for all competencies during evaluations implemented by our BCBAs and pass an exam.
