Including Kids uses a one-to-one child to therapist ratio, with intensive intervention instruction conducted at each child’s individual skill level/need addressing the areas of language/communication, social skills/executive functioning, academics, self-help and behavior.
Therapists will be working with one child for roughly 6 hours a day. These positions are very data intensive, requiring observation, note-taking and instruction. Experience is a plus.
Hours range from 36-40 hours per week, approximate hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, with optional increased hours in after-school programs from 4:00 – 5:30 on Tuesdays.
Salary is determined by therapist level, degrees, certifications and experience. Level of experience determines level of therapist in which employee starts.
