12 Days of Christmas

1. On the first day of Christmas, I reinforced my child for his inappropriate behavior.
2. On the second day of Christmas, I prompted him to use more words.
3. On the third day of Christmas, I made a visual of the Christmas events we would be attending.
4. On the fourth day of Christmas, I set a timer to expect my child to sit at the table for a meal for 10 minutes.
5. On the fifth day of Christmas, I started practicing opening presents by wrapping up his treats for dessert at night.
6. On the sixth day of Christmas, I practiced hands down while standing in front of the Christmas tree.
7. On the seventh day of Christmas, I made a homemade token system to use at parties which included the expected behaviors.
8. On the eighth day of Christmas, I reinforced my child even more for his inappropriate behavior.
9. On the ninth day of Christmas, I showed my child pictures of the relatives.
10. On the tenth day of Christmas, I lit candles around the house and reinforced safe and appropriate behavior around the candles.
11. On the eleventh day of Christmas, I practiced singing Christmas songs with my child.
12. On the twelve day of Christmas, I hugged my child and told him how much I loved him.
